TERMS OF SITE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

All services and offerings are owned and provided by OYESPA. These Terms and Conditions govern and define how You are allowed to use and access OYESPA’s offerings.

INJECTABLE SERVICES USE AND CONSENT

By purchasing or booking an injectable treatment (dermal filler or wrinkle relaxer/neurotoxin), You acknowledge the following:

Injectable treatments are non-surgical aesthetic procedures designed to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, or relax facial muscles.

Individual results vary depending on factors such as anatomy, age, skin condition, lifestyle, and number of treatments.

Injectables are not a substitute for surgical procedures or medical treatment of underlying conditions.

Contraindications may apply (including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections, autoimmune disorders, bleeding disorders, certain medications, or uncontrolled medical conditions). It is Your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history during Your consultation.

You must be 18 years or older to book or receive injectable services.

We reserve the right to refuse service if We determine that injectable treatments are not suitable or safe for You.

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is required by law prior to receiving any injectable service. This is a brief medical evaluation performed by a licensed healthcare provider. A $49 fee applies unless otherwise stated in promotional offers.

A Physician Fee of $25 applies to all medspa injectable services.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of spa and medical aesthetic services, all injectable sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once a treatment has been performed.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the session may be forfeited.

Prepaid packages or promotions must be used within 12 months of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of OYESPA, or the properly attributed party. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

DISCLAIMERS

Possible side effects may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or allergic reaction. Rare but serious risks (such as vascular occlusion or drooping) will be discussed during Your consultation.

OYESPA and its staff are not liable for adverse reactions if You fail to disclose relevant health information.

Packages, promotions, and special pricing cannot be retroactively adjusted.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith between You and OYESPA. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Minnesota law and jurisdiction.
